Massachusetts Construction Supervisor

Unrestricted Construction Supervisor — 12 Hours
The State of Massachusetts requires 12 hours of board-approved Continuing Education per two-year license cycle. The 12 hours of Continuing Education must include:
(4) hours of Code Review
(1) hour of Workplace Safety
(1) hour of Business Practices / Workers Comp
(1) hour of Energy Efficiency (except Demolition Specialty Contractors)
(1) hour of Lead Safe Practices
(4) hours of board-approved General Electives
A maximum of (6) hours may be completed on-line. The remaining (6) hours must be acquired through in-person classroom training.
Restricted Construction Supervisor (1 & 2 Family Dwelling) — 10 Hours
The State of Massachusetts requires 10 hours of board-approved Continuing Education per two-year license cycle. The 10 hours of Continuing Education must include:
(4) hours of Code Review
(1) hour of Workplace Safety
(1) hour of Business Practices / Workers Comp
(1) hour of Energy Efficiency (except Demolition Specialty Contractors)
(1) hour of Lead Safe Practices
(2) hours of board-approved General Electives
A maximum of (6) hours may be completed on-line. The remaining (4) hours must be acquired through in-person classroom training.
Specialty Construction Supervisor — 6 Hours
The State of Massachusetts requires 6 hours of board-approved Continuing Education per two-year license cycle. The 6 hours of Continuing Education must include:

(1) hour of Energy Efficiency (except Demolition Specialty Contractors)
(1) hour of Lead Safe Practices
All (6) hours may be completed on-line. (Masonry, Roof Covering, Window & Siding, Fuel-Burning Appliance, Demolition, and Insulation specialties.)
